As all our cards are sent through the Royal Mail, it is beyond our control how the letters are treated and no refund or re-send is offered for such minor damage.

Should your card however, arrive in a very damaged condition or be otherwise defective, you should contact us immediately and we will offer to re-print and send out a replacement card. Alternatively you may return it to us and we will refund the full amount you paid for the card back to your credit or debit card.

We will offer to re-print and post the card again if it hasn't turned up seven days after it's expected delivery date. Please note that this offer does not include chocolates and other add-on's ordered with the card. In cases where they go missing or are seriously damaged on arrival we will make a claim to the Royal Mail, and any refund will depend on the outcome of their investigation. Any damaged packaging or content will need to be returned to us to assist the investigation.

    3. Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it may be cancelled if the card has not yet been printed. The period between the order being placed and the printing of the card will vary, depending on the time of day and how busy we are, which means that you must contact us without delay.
